What it is: The focus of the Book/Film Club is to discuss student-selected books and view the related film.

When it meets: The club meets Wednesdays during conference hour in E218 to discuss the book and the last Friday of the month after school to view the film. Following viewing of the film, there is student-led discussion related to comparison of the book and film.

Activities:  The Book and Film Club met on Wednesday, October 25, and decided to include Interview with a Vampire to their Oct. reading of Dracula.  Then, on Friday, November 16, after school, the club will watch the video Interview with a Vampire. Students also voted to read Margaret Mitchell's Gone with the Wind for November / December, and meet over winter intersession - Friday, January 4, 2008 - to watch the video.
